Companies, profiles, analyses, templates and microsites explained

A short guide to how the main concepts connect.

Written by Rohan Hayes

Here’s how the main parts of Ortium fit together.

Company: A business you’ve added to Ortium—a prospect, client or competitor.

Profile: The collected information about a company, organised into advertising, buyers and website sections.

Analysis: An investigation that uses company data and your question or instructions to find insights. Adding competitors gives it context and richer insights.

Template: Saved instructions for an analysis you can run across different companies. Use a pre-configured template or create your own.

Microsite: A shareable, editable on-brand page hosted on your domain where you can present findings to a prospect or client.

How they connect

You add a company and explore its profile. To go deeper, run an analysis using a template or ask the Agent a question directly. You can then present the findings in a microsite.

For example 👉 add a prospect and its competitor, run a template to compare their advertising, then share the opportunities you find in a microsite.
